This PR adds initial support for CFTBL.

Populate hardware is based on the service manual found here.

If using an existing VPForums VPX table:

Update Trough:

Type: Two coils multiple switches
Ball Count: 3
Switch Count: 3
Playfield Links:
   Input Switch: sw55
   Exit Kicker: sw56

Update sw55:

Default Angle: 60
Default Speed: 20

Update sw56:

Default Angle: 60
Default Speed: 12
