Adding basic docs for MVC Fullframework. #7

I thought I'd add some docs for using this solution with .NET MVC Full framework applications as there's a massive use case here. For example I've got a huge monolith that needs breaking down that's got an old auth store and this will enable us to begin porting to NET 6.

If you're happy with this I'll add docs for the rest etc.
