This work is really signficant and helpful for us researchers who have been studying small target traking, and it would be more appreaciated that you can open source your code. My email is 1316112688@qq.com

I second this. They say in the paper explicitly that the code is publicly available, and on the ACCV web page for the paper they link to this repo for the code, but evidently there is no code. If they say in the paper that the code is available they should release it.
