Initial Class Structure
Implemented basic text post functionality

Bugfixes

Fixed bug where loading an account with empty posting location would cause error.
Updated Streamlit version to latest without issues.

Cleanup

New README
Changed the structure of data returned by the Publish function
Removed exception raise from the Account class in functions Connect & Disconnect; changed it to simple return True since http requests don't use it.
Removed Connect & Disconnect from DiscordAccount
Added "publish_posts" function to Account class, removed from children since it works with all platforms.

So far with the structure available, it's really easy to integrate nearly any platform with a HTTP support Just a few endpoint integrations and you're good!

Telegram took less than a day for basic integration.
