Where do I go to get games?

I'm not understanding I'm new to emulator world do I go to a rom site? If I do what site n what file

You need to dump your own games from your PSVita. There's a little guide on the website. https://vita3k.org/quickstart.html

So I can't use the emulator with rom games that's a nonpdrm file? That's stupid!!!! Why would i use a emulator if I have the actual ps vita lol makes no sense
