[BUG]: PCSG00198 stuck on the loading screen #631

Description of Issue

The game can be launched normally, but it's stuck on the loading screen at the beginning, likely due to controller malfunction, preventing progression to the next step. image

Expected Behavior

The game can continue to run stably, at least until the initial menu.

Reproduction Steps

The issue occurs consistently upon running the game after installation, regardless of whether VULKAN or OPENGL is used.
