Make stVITA non-transferable #8

The stVITA ERC20 token is transferable, which I don't think it should, as it represents a claim to some VITA in this contract. Claim that can only be executed by the original owner of the staked VITA. For comparison, vVITA overrides the transfer functions to make that ERC20 non-transferable.
