Deb file has wrong privileges #713

I tried installing the .deb file in AvalonStudio/releases and the installing itself goes without a hitch. The .desktop file does not show up, and when using chmod to make it readable and executable, the executable in /opt doesn't appear to be set to executable either (among other files) A quick recursive chmod to make it executable over the entire bin folder did the trick, but this is too invasive. If you know what's wrong with the .deb, please consider fixing that. I "fixed" the install already, but this solution is actually for nobody.
