Cannot move "New project" dialog. #755

Description: New project dialog cannot be moved. Clicking on title bar and dragging window does nothing.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start Avalon Studio.
  2. Open "New project" dialog by clicking on "New solution" menu entry in Start area.
  3. Try to move dialog somewhere.

Expected result: dialog should be moved. Actual result: dialog does not moving.

Environment: OS: Fedora 32 x64 Graphics: X.Org X Server 1.20.8, LXDE (Openbox), 1366x768 screen resolution.
