Code Completion performance when STL headers included #19

This can get very slow no files with c++ stl headers included, it was fixed before but broken again. We need a once and for all solution to this.

42 has improved this greatly. Will leave open because any further optimization will help. #42 means that slow code completion wont affect ui or typing as before.
