I.e. Driver That relies on a submodule at a specific version. That sub module could be used elsewhere I the project.

This will allow very complex dependency hierarchies I may not be possible to link a single project with 2 versions of the same project, in which case this may be a bad idea. But consider it.

Not sure this is a good idea, just add a list of references like in visual studio. However we need to implement automatically pulling in of dependencies, or an error message, unable to build until dependency ... exists.
