Long Delay after changing Project or Solution settings #5

It is longer the more documents are open. Its re-running diagnostics, but it should just mark for diagnostic run, and trigger visible documents, (via the diag timer.)

This is now fixed, documents are marked dirty, and the active document timer is triggered for re-scan. The optimization of RunDiagnostics will put the icing on the cake for this issue. Marking as closed.
