Using the provided lesson, setup Unity ML Agents from scratch on a Windows 10 installation. Document any questions/concerns or things that are not clear and submit pull request for improvements.

Currently diagnosing an issue regarding the anaconda installation that is supposed to occur alongside Visual Studio, as miniconda was selected with the configuration and yet is refusing to show up on my machine as it should be,

Thanks - all good suggestions.

  1. Will add Anaconda setup instructions.

  2. Ref the Visual Studio issue you faced - I don't think 2017 is actually needed. I believe the issue was that your setup program that had been paused was running a process that caused the Nvidia installer to hang. I believe that if that process wasn't running, you would have been good to go with the install without putting 2017 on your machine. Not going to fix this item, but will add a note to the section concerning VS setup.

  3. Ack on the video - videos right now are more - minimum viable products - just enough to provide additional context. Intent will be to update/create more professional and helpful videos in the future (as well as intro videos for each lesson).

  4. Link issue has been fixed - colors are more prominent and underlined.

Revisit the lesson and complete step 4e. Windows is going to try updating your Nvidia display driver if it hasn't already. (you should make sure you still have the right version - 9.0). Step 4e will tell Windows to ignore driver updates for it.
