When using this plugin in ipad, the value (in my case it's a time selector) is locked in as soon as you release your finger the first time after changing a value of hours or minutes. Then if you move a slider again, it's ignored.
For example, if the time picker opens, and the initial value is 12 | 00 | PM, and you drag the hour wheel to 2 and release, then 2 | 00 | PM is your selected value. Even if you spin the wheel again to another value, you're stuck with the original 2. You have to click away from the popup (no cancel or save buttons for ipad) and then re-open the picker to change the value.
