Thanks @klausru! Sorry, didn't see it earlier. I've updated locale strings and now 1) it uses weblate template (.po extension), the same as OJS 2) Removed unused keys. Can you update the PR to reflect these changes? Let me know if not, I'll handle that.

Dear @Vitaliy-1 I've updated the file to po formated and translated the rest of the content. Is that ok for you?
