Instructions for GNU/Linux added.

I was going to post the instructions for Windows also but I am not sure the correct steps. In one computer worked fine but in another did not work. First the gradlew.bat and then gradlew runLocal?

Probably the same (but not sure, have not used windows for years) gradlew runLocal

Or

gradlew.bat runLocal
