objections if I send some minor pull requests? #19

Greetings, With your permission, I would like to send along some hopefully minor pull requests with the following goals in mind:

  1. Standardize the coding standard: it is currently a few standards intermingled in a way which is very confusing to my eyes.
  2. Break up the dataProcess() function into a set of smaller functions so that I may apply testthat to the pieces and make sure I understand what is happening.

  3. Once I can wrap my head around it, then I would like to use it for my recent explorations in DIA/SWATH.
