feat(metamorpheus): Add global profiling feature to Metamorpheus PTM converter #87

Motivation and Context

As part of this issue, we want to create a PTM converter for Metamorpheus. Initially, there was no setup for enabling a global profiling run alongside a PTM run, but now we can enable this functionality.

Changes

Added changes to enable user to use a global profiling dataset alongside a PTM dataset.

Testing

Verified converter produces no errors in unit tests
Created fake data where protein ID "O95817" should be differentially abundant w.r.t. Carbamidomethyl on C. Verified the results after running through the whole MSstatsPTM workflow.
