Saving Modeling raw data #92

Hi, I wonder is it possible to save MSstatsPTM.model file to .rda. I tried once but I just got a keeping gowning big file to an inresesonable size after ran the following sentence. save(MSstatsPTM.model,file = 'model.rda')

Or, is there a better way to save model raw data?
