docs(progenesis): Add sample input data from Progenesis for converter

Motivation and Context

We got some sample dataset from a user for Progenesis that we can add to our converter. This is important to have this example because it demonstrates that the format for MSstatsPTM is a little different for Progenesis since it's an old converter.
