character encoding in the JSON answer #76

If the text in JSON is not html-encoded the special characters (non latin) are 
not displayed correctly.

The charset encoding of the http header should be used to decode the message.

Example:
http://www.naturparkscout.de/npscout/np_schwarzwald/mixare/mixare_nps_pois%3Flat
itude%3D48.0%26longitude%3D7.85%26radius%3D10
