Using a clean SFC of Mario World I have tried every bps file from 1.11 and 1.10 with FLIPS and a few online patchers and on every single attempt when running in BSNES or Snes9x (just to be sure) all I get is a black screen.
Any other rom including the clean SMW rom runs perfectly fine in both emulators.
I'm unsure what to do from here other than submit an issue.
