Second Shopify Store install problem

Hello we had installed VivaPayments/API before two year in our Shopify store working fine all this time. We recently created a new shopify store we are trying to add API but when we click install at new shopify backend nothing is happening. Can you help us? We don t want to give informations of our stores (Domain etc) in public so please don't mention in your reply.

Please follow our Viva Wallet for Shopify instructions closely, taking special care at the start to:

1. Identify your Merchant ID correctly.
2. Successfully request a Shopify Store Token from us.

I already did this steps with my first store and worked fine. I contact your support asking if for my second store have to make new Token etc they replied.

So when i am following the steps of your guide the procedure stops at step 7 we can not proceed to step 8.
So can you help us or we should install stripe on both stores?

Hi @Cdevpad I'm not sure what the problem is. You should be able to set up two stores with the same token without any issues. However, you mentioned something about ' adding API'. Is there something else you're attempting to do or is it literally just adding a second store to take payments through Viva Wallet?

I am following exactly steps from your guide (i already did it successfully in my first store before 1 year so i believe i know what to expect after every step) after step 7 should be load the window in order to fill Merchant ID, API etc but after i am clicking install nothing is happening. I tried different browsers, clrear cache etc, but still not working. Any thoughts?

Hi @Cdevpad thanks for sending through those details. I've checked your account and I can't see anything unusual. The Shopify payment source seems to be set up correctly and there are no transaction restrictions. Have you definitely logged into Shopify as an administrator? Please send through a screenshot of what you see on the page immediately after step 7.

Hi, ok, sorry about that. I've looked into this issue further and it appears the Viva Wallet installation procedure for Shopify has recently changed. I will need to update the documentation. In the meantime, after step 7, please do the following:

1. On the 'Payment providers' page, scroll down to the 'Third-party providers' section and click on the Choose third-party provider button. A list of supported payment providers is displayed.
2. Filter on Viva and select Viva Wallet. The Viva Wallet settings page is displayed.
3. Under 'Account Information' enter your Merchant ID and Store Token in the fields provided.
4. Click on the Activate Viva Wallet button at the bottom of the page.

Yes this is the correct path hope both stores can accept payments with same token.
