Καλησπέρα σας, θα θελαμε την βοηθεια σας επειδη εχουμε κανει αναβαθμιση στο σαιτ μας και προσπαθουμε να επαναεγκατατσησουμε την vivawallet μας δεινει αυτο το προβλημα Trying to get property 'ErrorCode' of non-object in \/var\/www\/html\/titiluluboutique\/app\/code\/Ced\/VivaPayments\/Model\/PaymentMethod.php on line 202

τι πρεπει να κανουμε παρακαλω ?

Hi @christinaGiannaki81, sorry to hear that. Firstly can you confirm which e-commerce platform it is you're using? I gather you are attempting to re-install one of our plugins. Can you check our E-commerce plugins page on the Viva Wallet Developer Portal and let me know which one it is?

Dear Cooperators good evening We updating our eshop from Magento 1 to Magento 2 our development is trying to migrate vivawallet payments to our eshop and getting the below error : Trying to get property 'ErrorCode' of non-object in \/var\/www\/html\/titiluluboutique\/app\/code\/Ced\/VivaPayments\/Model\/PaymentMethod.php on line 202

Hi @christinaGiannaki81, please see our detailed instructions for installing the Viva Wallet plugin for Magento 2.1-2.3 available via the below link:

Any issues as you work through that, please let me know via this ticket.

Yes we have see the instructions step by step but our development cannot complete the installation due to that error can you please help us ?

Hi @christinaGiannaki81, looking at the Viva Wallet payment source settings for your website at http://www.titiluluboutique.com/, I can see that you have the following success / failure URLs set up which is wrong in version 2 of Magento. Please amend these as described below.

Hi @christinaGiannaki81, we don't offer that service, I'm afraid. I've already given you a lot of useful info. and there is also our Magento 2.3 plugin installation page to refer to. Have you tried installing the new files I sent through? Here is that link again: VivaPayments.zip

Hi @christinaGiannaki81, the Viva Wallet settings are already confirmed. On your side, if you have no backend errors, the only way to test is to enable the plugin on your site. Can you do that and I will check over the next 30 minutes?

Hi @christinaGiannaki81, I just made a test purchase for 254,40 with a card with no funds. The checkout is working fine, but the redirect after 3DS authentication is not going to the right place. Please can you share your Magento payment module settings in a screenshot, blurring out any confidential information so I can check further.
