test cards not working on demo #2555

Hello!

I am developing an eshop with Wordpress and woocommerce and want to use Viva payments.

I am using any test card number from https://developer.viva.com/integration-reference/test-cards-and-environments/

But the same error appears always. "A problem has occurred with your card. Check the card details and try again."

Can you please elaborate?

Hello @akitsikop,

Thank you for your message. Some test cards may have issues due to the 3ds provider. Please use the Maestro card for now.

Hi,

Im trying to use the test cards as well and everytime the transaction does not proceed (it appears as "Pending" in the Payment Notifications) and the redirect goes to mywebsite.com/fail (which is the failure URL)

Please help me, I have tried all the test cards (Visa, Mastercard etc)

Hello,

Thank you for your message. Further to our technical check, both Visa and MC test cards are working. Please try again Regarding payment notification, please navigate to Sales - Sales transactions to locate your sales.

Thanks for the update.

The payment is not succesfull and on the Sales/Online Payments/Payment Notifications is still showing as pending

Im using the smart checkout and when I input the test cards it redirects me to fail and the transaction is in pending state.

How can I debug this?
