Thank you for your message and apologies for the late response. Please make sure your webhooks are public and the following IP addresses are whitelisted on your server. Kindly note that there may be a timeout error in test/demo environment. Rest assured production webhooks are operational.

Hi there @VivaWalletCustomerSupport, we do not have any limitation on the IP addresses actually, so this should not be the issue.
The payment code I provided is also not a demo but the production one.
Can you please check for the specific payment code and send me the logs where I can see what has been sent and when?
This would help me with debugging.

Hi there,
For payment code 8759829168506849 no webhook event has been received.
The configuration is created for this event "Transaction Payment Created".
Can you please check if the request is actually fired and what could potentially be the reason not to?
This happens sporadically. Most of the time webhooks work, but it happens that 1 in 15 fails.
