Migration to new android POS devices #6

Hello,

I have two A920Pro POS devices, that are integrated with our sales machines (Windows 10 that run the Sale software). The integration is done via LAN using the ECR settings in the A920Pro.

Taking into account that the A920Pro devices are getting old, I want to replace them with the new Android based Ciontek CS50C but I don't know if the Ciontec CS50C will support the same communication protocol as the A920Pro.

My question is: are the Ciontek CS50C a drop-in replacement for the A920Pro with the ECR support? I have installed the viva terminal on one Android phone and the only integration that I see in the settings menu is the AADE which as I understand only pertains the Greek financial authorities.

I have been looking at the API for the Android POS and as far as I understand there is only app-to-app integration, not LAN to app integration as the A920Pro support.

Please advise.

Also I should mention that right now, the communication between the windows machines and the A920Pro devices is done using the cardlink protocol.
