Error Importing "WaveInstaller" package in unity #2

Hello i am using unity version 2021.3.20f1 and i try to import the waveinstaller package but i am getting errors. Error: Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)

Failed importing package C:/Users/Downloads/VIVE-Wave-master/VIVE-Wave-master/Installer/WaveInstaller.unitypackage UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)

I have the same exact issue using by trying to import the package manually. What is the minimum Unity version required for that package? Is the package the equivalent of using the Vive Registry to setup the wave sdk?

Sorry for the late reply. WAVE SDK have verified on LTS version from Unity since there might be some unknown issues which are caused or related to engine side. Of course, we're willing to support specific versions by request if there're some valuable features that worth for the business and community.

The issue has still not been resolved I'm afraid, I also receive the message the package cannot be decompressed. Looking at the size of the unitypackage, it seems it's empty.
