Add support for knuckles controllers #70

I haven't found key bindings that match up to many of the knuckles controllers buttons, If they already have been added can the wiki be updated with what bindings match up to the new controllers.

with version 1.10 Steamvr 2.0 support went live, all bindings can now be accessed.
