Vive Focus #76

I was able to run these examples on the Vive Focus before the update, but now the scene loads frozen to the view: HTC.UnityPlugin/ViveInputUtility/Examples

Going back to v1.9.0 everything in the Vive Focus works fine, so there is an issue with https://github.com/ViveSoftware/ViveInputUtility-Unity/releases/tag/v1.10.1
