The layer should be able to handle requests to the API for either all ongoing races or a specific race

Needed Objects:

Race

- entrants
Entrant
- username
- displayname
- statetext
- time
- trueskill
- twitch
Game
- id
- name
- popularity
- popularityRank

Also a class to handle the requests and parsing of JSON response from the API
