The fixes here I already tried out in a race, except that I changed the channel where you can use the addtime-cmd. Previously it was usable in the "srl-raceid-livesplit"-channel, now it can be used in JimBot162-channel.
The !addtime-cmd allows to post times to the bot, i.e. if a runner has connection issues to the livesplit-channel.
