What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install (Droid X running 2.3) 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected install, "There is a problem parsing the package."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.1 and 1.1 on Android 2.3

Have you try opening using ASTRO FILE MANAGER?

Same error on galaxy i5500 with stock 2.1.

Your Android version is anterior to Android 2.3.3 and you need Android 2.3.3.
