hi! How to produce a PAS annotation file? My research species is fish, if i have a PAS annotation file of fish, could i use this software? THANK YOU1

Hello,

We are using PolyA_DB by default. If you have an annotation for species not included in PolyA_DB, you can format your annotations as the annotations here: https://github.com/Vivianstats/data-pkg/tree/main/MAAPER/PolyA_DB before running MAAPER.
