Fix egui conflicts #3

Encountered a failed startup when using with bevy-inspector-egui

As a note I generalized the bevy-egui version to 0.27 instead of specifying a patch version; this is not necessary but should be less restrictive for applications using this tool.

And about another dependencies, do you think we should in future also toresign from specific patch version when this is not necessary?

It's ultimately up to you as the package maintainer, but that might be a good idea. I'm not sure exactly how cargo handles conflicts so it may not even matter if the patch version is specified, but I just wanted to be sure :)
