Added switch for not running default code to set up the dashboard. #16

It is managed by "window.onmyown": if true, no default code is run to set up the dashboard, and everything (from data downloading to widget insertion) has to be done by the script. If false or not defined, default code is run, and a default dashboard is obtained.
