Create medical record assets #30

Viewers want to see at least a few different medical records listed in the user profile. Some sample records can include blood work data, covid test data, insurance forms, etc. Feel free to make copies (i.e., two blood work assets).

Create ~5 different medical records using the publish feature of the Vizer personal healthcare wallet website. These medical records (not in chronological order) should be....
