Add hoverable information icon next to visualization titles #51

Both visualizations need more description and direction. A first-time user may see the visualizations and struggle with understanding how to use them or how to use every available feature. Adding a hoverable ⓘ icon that shows a tooltip with directions or feature details would be incredibly useful for any first time application users!

Will also be removing the network listed underneath the asset title (i.e., removing the "Mumbai" located under the title).
