Updated the mocked data for the older bloodwork record. #61

Created a new mocked json file of access events for the older bloodwork record and modified the Individual Use Visualization component to reflect that data when the bloodwork record is clicked on in the profile page. I'll repeat the same process for the other visualization and also add another doctor for this record.

@IanMacDougall Yeah, that's what I meant when I said I would repeat the process for the other visualization. I just want to go ahead and merge what I have so that @dhuang0212 can follow a similar process.
