v2.0 Fix for Gutter and Cell Sizing Issues within Tables #202

Completed Tasks

[x] Fixed gutter overflow on top left of tables
[x] Fixed uneven spacing for last cell in table
[x] Adjusted width of table to be min(width, 700px) so that scroll wheel is easily seen

Possible Issue

When making changes to the repo, I noticed that the buttons for invalid cells seemed to have disappeared. Initially I thought that my additions could have messed something up, but upon cloning the most recent push to the v2.0 branch, I ran into the same issues. Initially one of my fixes was styling and centering those buttons, but now they just render as text.
