Scatter Plot Command (same as line chart except for the following):

• the mark type is changed from line to symbol (the default symbol is circle which is what we need for a scatter plot)
• generates axes titles
• the scale adjusts to the dataset’s values so the graph isn't too stretched or condensed to see the trend of the entire dataset
• the series labels change automatically based on the uniqueness of the dataset names, x axis, and y axis of each dataset plotted
