Can't delete some tentative module #267

Describe the bug Once a 'new module' is allocated at the first position, the only way to remove it is to refresh the page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. With a notebook containing at least one cell...
  2. Click the -+- at the head of a notebook
  3. Click 'Cancel'

Expected behavior The new module UX goes away.
