This PR will move web-api-async from mimir-classic to mimir-api and mimir-caveats.

There are numerous improvements. Here are the highlights:

Mimir now uses spark's data model
Major simplification of Mimir code base
Improved Mimir scalability
SparkSql with all Spark functions are now the default for SQL cell
Geo-spatial queries now supported via GeoSparkSQL
Shred lens, Pivot lens, Geocode lens fixed
