Excel: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot get a STRING value from a NUMERIC cell #278

Reproduction: Load SpinodalStructure/Properties.xlsx with "File Has Headers" checked.

This appears to be an upstream bug (https://github.com/crealytics/spark-excel/issues/137), but can be avoided by unchecking "Use headers". We should add a corresponding error message.
