Workflow to upload wheels are still broken #3

Unfortunately I do not have the time that I used to fix such a problem and I will be looking for others to help with fixing the uploading portion. This is due to the fact that uploading the wheels and having proper tutorials for workflows is vague. If anyone wants to fix this give me a ping with @Vizonex and I'll be sure to chat with you about the problem... If we find such a tutorial on uploading the pypi wheels this will save a lot of windows computers the unwanted space of having to download the C/C++ stuff from Visual studio...

Finally have some time on my hands, I found one implementation that could be tried from Dearpygui but I just haven't checked what __token__ means yet... I've added my keys to test-pypi but It still shows up as failed on the last part which is uploading. The Workflow being tested I'll get someone from the python discord server to help but I cannot promise we can find anyone to take care of implementing the last steps. But doing so with someone and streaming my computer while doing so might help tremendously.
