[ ] "TERRITORIAL GOVERNANCE" should be "TERRITORIAL GOVERNANCE INDICATORS" for consistency
[ ] Info icon default colour should be the light grey, like in disabled state
[ ] Disabled layers should not show hand cursor, please change to "not-allowed" like in the map
