QA Staging: Multiple basemaps selected simultaneously #853

Sometimes the light basemap stays on when the satellite imagery basemap is selected, which blocks much of the imagery. The light basemap icon is not responsive when I try to click it to turn it off. Can we make it so only one basemap can be selected at the same time?

As discussed during the call, this is not possible because Planet basemaps are not exactly basemaps and they don't cover the whole world, so they need to be combined with other basemap
