ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'chardet' #5

your requirements.txt should add 'chardet'

Hi @ganhao88688, are you sure about this? I don't see where 'chardet' lib is used.

Maybe it's because i run it on win10? But I can execute now ,although i am out of GPU memory.QAQ
