Windows executable to displaying error thrown in the code #10

Windows executable is not displaying the error thrown by Cantera or OpenMKM. An alternative is print the error in the main file and gracefully exit.

@mbkumar Was this fixed before? Is this still an ongoing issue?

Not sure. I haven't tested it in more than a year.
