Pressures for Hform and Sform #18

What pressures are Hform and Sform calculated at? This matters for the gas-phase species. Please add this information to the underlined section in the documentation.

The input pressure is used.

To clarify @mbkumar, if the inlet total pressure is 1atm (composed of 0.8atm H2 and 0.2atm CO2), will the values for H2 be calculated at 1atm or 0.8atm?

It will be calculated at 1 atm.
